I was
compelled to write this note after reading the report of the latest study by
CNN which revealed that Lagos ranks third on the list of most stressful cities
in the world. The report which was compiled based on factors ranging from
traffic congestion, public transport system, percentage of green spaces,
financial status of citizens including debt levels, physical and mental health,
and the hours of sunlight the city gets per year.
Medically,
stress is any change in the environment that requires your body to react and
adjust in response. The body reacts to these changes with physical, mental, and
emotional responses. Although there is no way we can avoid stress completely
but stress becomes negative when it begins to have adverse effects on our
health.
As you
are reading this note, stress symptoms may be affecting your health, even
though you might not realize it. Some of the physical symptoms of stress include
frequent headaches, upset stomach, high blood pressure, body pain, inability to
sleep well, erectile dysfunction and intermittent explosive disorder. In fact,
stress can worsen or trigger chronic disease conditions.
A research finding published in the Journal of Hypertension by scientists
at the University of Edinburgh, who carried out the study, estimated that there
were more than 20 million cases of hypertension in Nigeria in 2010, affecting
one in-three men and one-in-four women. According
to them, this is set to rise to 39 million cases by 2030.
Similarly, according to a report by the World Health Organization and
the International Diabetes Federation published in 2014, more than 3.9 million Nigerians
are suffering from diabetes. Just last
year, 2016, a consultant cardiologist and Associate Professor of Medicine at
the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH, Idi Araba, Dr Amam Mbakwem, disclosed
that no less than 40 percent of adults in Nigeria are hypertensive. What this
means is that in every 10 Nigerian adults, there is a possibility that four of
them have high blood pressure.
This is one the factors why Nigeria’s Average Life Expectancy is
still very low. According to the latest global ranking by the World Health
Organisation (WHO), the Average Life Expectancy in Nigeria is 54.07 years, which
puts Nigeria at 216 position in the world, and 16th in Africa.
Will you just fold your hands and be looking helpless? Or will you
continue blaming the government for the increasing incidence of stress in our
nation? So many people today are even worsening their conditions by excessive use of alcohol, tobacco, or drugs to
try to relieve their stress. Unfortunately, instead of relieving the stress and
returning the body to a relaxed state, these substances tend to keep the body
in a stressed state and cause more problems.
HOW DOES STRESS AFFECT OUR HEALTH?
Stress affects our health adversely by depleting a very important compound
in our body called glutathione. Apart from food, water and oxygen, glutathione
is the next essential molecule that you need to stay healthy. As your
glutathione level continues to decline due to stress, you will start noticing
symptoms of diseases. In fact several scientific research findings have blamed
depletion of glutathione to be the root cause of over 74chronic health conditions.
The bad news is that, once you are past 21 years of age, your glutathione level
will begin to decline, unfortunately, the combined effects of environmental
toxins and stress will accelerate glutathione decline.
My primary objective for writing this note is not to frighten you
but to share with you a powerful solution that will put all your stressors in
check. It is the latest medical breakthrough that may sound too good to be true.
But what I am about to share with you is a product of 25years of intensive
scientific research by a renowned medicinal chemist called Herbert Nagasawa,
PhD. His Riboceine
breakthrough technology has been validated by 22 Independent Studies sponsored
by the USA government and also over 38patents and patents pending.
Without addressing the problem of glutathione deficiency, you
could develop adverse health conditions due to stress and even patients who are
suffering from chronic diseases might have to be on prescription drugs for
their entire life. Your doctor can confirm to you that apart from Cellgevity,
there is no any other product anywhere in the world that can effectively raise
glutathione level in the cells. Boosting of glutathione level is also not for
the sick only because prevention is the best solution for stress management. This
is why I am recommending CELLGEVITY to you today. Please, listen to this video.
